The Law of the Project
“For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack”
This quote is from Rudyard Kipling’s “The Law of the Jungle”, but I like to think of it as the law of the project.
Your job as a project manager is to develop and lead the project team toward achieving a common goal. If the team is focused and committed to achieving a common goal, the project will be successful. And just as with the wolf pack, if the project is successful each individual is better off.
When the team wins, everyone wins. It’s the law of the project.
